Refund policy

Whistler Shirts offers high-quality printing and embroidery on clothing. But we realise that sometimes things can happen, you may get delivered the wrong item or change your mind once you have it. 

If the items you received were not what you ordered, are damaged, or not up to your satisfaction, please take a photo of the item and send us an email at sales@whistlershirts.com and we can organize a replacement item.

If you received what you ordered but you have changed your mind or need a different size, send us an email at sales@whistlershirts.com and include what you would like to exchange the item for, and we can then provide infomation for return shipping of the original item.

After 30 days all sales are final with no exchanges or refunds.
