Refund policy

At Whistler Shirts we strive to create high-quality printing and embroidery on clothing. But we realize that sometimes things can happen, you may get delivered the wrong item or change your mind once you have it. 

If the items you received were not what you ordered, are damaged, or not up to your satisfaction, please take a photo of the item and send us an email at sales@whistlershirts.com and we can organize a replacement item.

If you received what you ordered but you have changed your mind or need a different size, send us an email at sales@whistlershirts.com and include what you would like to exchange the item for and we can organize a switcheroo of the items and the steps to take to send the unwanted item back to us!
